How to Place an Order

A. Responsibility Before Pickup

You are responsible for your items until we pick them up. Ensure items are:

Once items are delivered to you, you assume full responsibility. Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.

E2. NO RESPONSIBILITY AFTER DELIVERY AT YOUR HOME

Once we drop/deliver your clothes at your home or specified location, WE HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY whatsoever. This includes:

From the moment our delivery executive hands over the clothes at your home or leaves them at your specified location, ALL RESPONSIBILITY transfers completely to you. We are not responsible for anything that happens to the clothes after that point, including if they are stolen, damaged, lost, or exposed to any conditions at your home.

No Guarantee for Damage

Despite our best efforts and professional care, we CANNOT GUARANTEE against certain unavoidable outcomes that are inherent risks of the professional cleaning process:

We guarantee professional-grade cleaning service using trained staff and industry-standard equipment. We guarantee to handle your items with care using established cleaning protocols.

D. Natural Disasters & Force Majeure Events

We are NOT responsible for any damage, loss, destruction, or deterioration of items due to natural disasters or unforeseen force majeure events. This includes:

IN CASE OF ANY NATURAL DISASTER OR FORCE MAJEURE EVENT AT OUR FACILITIES OR WAREHOUSES, WE ARE COMPLETELY NOT LIABLE FOR ANY COMPENSATION, REPLACEMENT, OR REIMBURSEMENT OF ITEMS. You use our storage and warehousing services entirely at your own risk regarding natural disasters and unforeseen events.

E. Transit Damage During Pickup & Delivery

During the pickup and delivery process, items may be subject to various risks:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT OCCURS DURING THE PICKUP OR DELIVERY PROCESS unless it can be proven that the damage was caused solely by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Normal transit damage is a risk accepted when using our delivery service.

F. Stain Removal - No Guarantee or Warranty

We provide stain removal services on a best-effort basis only. We make NO GUARANTEE regarding successful stain removal. The following is expressly NOT guaranteed:

Some stains are inherently difficult or impossible to remove, including:

BY REQUESTING STAIN REMOVAL SERVICE, YOU ACCEPT FULL AND COMPLETE RISK that the fabric may be damaged in the stain removal process. We are NOT responsible if stains cannot be removed, if the stain becomes worse, if the fabric is damaged during treatment, or if colors fade during the stain removal process.

G. Storage & Item Retention Period - Critical Disclaimer

Once we complete the cleaning service and items are ready for delivery or pickup, YOUR responsibility for the items begins immediately. Items should be collected within the agreed delivery timeframe or picked up as scheduled.

⚠️ CRITICAL DISCLAIMER - DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY: Once our delivery executive drops your clothes at your home or any specified location, WE HAVE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. If clothes are stolen, damaged, lost, exposed to weather, or damaged in any way after they reach your home - we are NOT liable. You MUST immediately collect and secure your clothes after delivery. Do not leave clothes unattended outside your home.

⚠️ CRITICAL DISCLAIMER - STORAGE LIABILITY: Once your items are delivered or ready for delivery, YOU MUST COLLECT THEM WITHIN 30 DAYS. If items remain in our storage beyond 30 days, WE ARE COMPLETELY NOT LIABLE for any damage, loss, theft, deterioration, or any other issue. Items may be disposed of without notice after 30 days. Do not delay in collecting your items.

IMPORTANT COMPREHENSIVE DISCLAIMER: By using our services, you ACCEPT ALL RISKS including but not limited to: (1) Damage from cleaning process including color loss, shrinkage, fabric tearing, stain permanence, and texture changes; (2) Damage during transit/delivery; (3) Damage from natural disasters at our facilities; (4) Damage from stain removal attempts; (5) Deterioration of items stored beyond 30 days. We do NOT provide compensation, guarantees, or liability for any of these matters. You use our services AT YOUR OWN RISK regarding all these factors.

Limitation of Liability

A. Damage Claims Due to Negligence Only

We are only liable for damage if proven that our negligence directly caused the damage. This does NOT include:

If an item is damaged solely due to our proven negligence:

In case of lost items due to our negligence, we will attempt to locate them. If unsuccessful within 30 days, compensation will be provided as per the damage claim policy.
